Default 15 lbs of boost with out boost controler



as far as i know this is not normal but the car still runs fine and fast all ive got is a cat back , intakeand a tubeing kit i have put 3 diff boost gauges on it to check and some times when its cold it hits 16 psi what do yall think

stock turbo? BSC removed? maybe the vacume lines are bad, like maybe it got hot and melted together a little and made it more restrictive

no bcs romoved and a stock turbo ill the lines are good car as far as i know has never got hot at all

my guess would be a problem with the waste gate, but hey 15psi is safe so have fun.

Ya sounds like the wastegate.. My friends GSX did that on a 14b turbo, and his was hittin 20 psi if he got on it.. Once he got a new wastegate it was runnin back down around 12...

cold weather will also do that and add exhaust and that will as well. My car went from 1.15 bars to 1.3 bars with only adding exhaust to my car

it could be the exhaust i did not have a boost gauge tll after the exhaust got on so

If the bcs is still attached, then it may have had the restrictor removed and with the exhaust and cold weather, it can happen. Check and listen for exhaust leaks if you're really worried about running 15psi. I hope you're turbo timing your car too, that poor T25 is probably getting bright, bright red.

it still has restrictor the car had zero mods when i got it and i never removed it ya i got a timer im not 2 woried and there are no exhaust leaks
