What would it take to turn my fwd tsi to all wheel drive?Parts and prices?

dont even try it lol. Its very very very hard to do and only 3 people i have heard about have pulled it off. Aparently one guy that just sold his on ebay spent 30k converting it.

i already explained it didnt cost 30k that was the cost of his car, conversion, and all mods, but anyway.....

yes it is hard, but not impossible. 1g's-even harder and not worth it since you could buy an awd for the cost of the conversion, 2g's not quite as hard, probably only worth it if you want an awd convertable, the guy who did the conversion on that ebay eclipse charged ~2k just for labor, but said he should have charged more

Its easy all you have to do is get another fwd tsi and put another motor in the hatch.

It can only be done on the Spyders the Coupes forget about it

My guy is doing mine for $750 complete.Nice to know people i guess

the Frame I think it is of the spyder is the same as the GSX and allows the drivetrain to fit in with some work. the GSt coupe is diff and the drivetrain wont fit
