Bent spindle??

Bent spindle??
I was following my girlfriend the other day and i noticed my wheel was wobbling on my front left wheel. Im thinking its prolly a bent spindle since i had my rims in to put new tires on them and they said they were straight. I know i havent hit anything with it and my girlfriend swears she hasn't either. I've had the car for about 6 months now and when i first got it i had a ball joint going out and so the alignment was off and the wheel kinda moved back and forth ever so slightly when i'd go over a bump. A lot of times that means a bent strut but when i noticed the wheel wobling on the opposite side i thought spindle. So my question is how much HP would the eat up with a bent spindle if any???????? I know kind of a stupid question. Does anybody know what spindle cost or the whole knuckle...im not sure what it all needs. I know the lower ball joint, the whole damn arm had to be changed because youcould press new bearings in it.

RE: Bent spindle??
BEnt spindle? You refering to the transaxle/halfshaft I'm guessing? If that's the case there's no reason that would cause the wheel to wobble. Now jack the car up on each front side and check how tight the nuts are on the CV axles though. That WILL cause a wobble. And eventually cause MAJOR problems.

i was gonna say, check your lug nuts. Cuz i remember someone on here had us all saying these things that it could be, and no one thought to say lug nuts which ended up being the problem.
If that isnt it then put it onto a jack w/ all the lug nuts tightened and see if the wheel has some wiggle to it, if it does then it could be a wheel bearing
