Default MAS relocation

Hello all, I have been searching around the net to try to find ways to make my stock BOV louder. I have all stock 95 GST except cone filter and cut dump tube (still have uncut dump tube also). So I saw somewhere about relocating the MAS to between the throttle body and the BOV so I could vent to atmosphere. Does this sound legit? Sorry I guess that is part of the ricer in me.

Yeah, that's the ricer in you alright. What you're describing is modifying your intake to except a GM MAF + translator. So, you want to spend $200+ ... to go whoosh? That's a rhetorical
question btw.
You can't use your stock MAF, if you've ever seen it, it has a fairly large opening on the filter end.

My advice to you is to get hard upper intercooler piping, a 1G BOV and find a way to use/make a hard piping recirc tube. That will make the sound of rushing air louder.
Now, do you see why you had no luck in finding what you were looking for?

Thanks for helping me with my brainfart silver. I think I need to stop eating the rice with my Chinese food.

Btw, I hope I didn't sound too irritated. If I did, it's because of the damn board and it's issues with long posts, lol.
