Okay I ran it again a few times and its now showing: 12, 42, 55. I went to:

Mitsubishi OBD Trouble Codes –

Found some diagrams with the code definitions but 12 and 55 are not showing in the diagram that correlates with 95-98 Eclipse (Non-Turbo). and it is definitely flashing those numbers. It shows 42 as Fuel Pump Relay Control Circuit which would make sense because the fuel relay isn't hook up. Not sure about the other two codes: 12, and 55. If I look at the diagram that says Without OBD 2. It shows the definitions of 12 and 55. 12 being: Airflow sensor fault. 55 being: Idle air control (IAC) valve position sensor fault. Upon further research, 12 means that the PCM was recently reset and 55 is end of error messeges and these two codes are pretty typical when doing a self diagnostics. Any suggestions about these codes?

Would bypassing the fuel relay mess with the ECM and cause the car not to run right?

Timing is good compression is high in all cylinders it doesn't sound like internal engine problems. Any one know what sensor could cause cylinder 1 & 2 misfire code???
