Yes that is fine to run right from the wastegate actuator to the compressor housing. All that does is make it so you are running off the wastegate which should be somewhere around 10-12psi. But is your setup still stock, because if it is then you should still have the turbo wastegate solenoid (WGS) still hooked up and T'd off the compressor housing. That acts as a boost controller for the stock setup and should remain installed until you get a MBC

yeah i have an mbc from turbo xs but i hate it. i think is messed up cause no matter what my boost level no moves nor in nor out. its hooked up correctly. ive been over the directions a million times and have redone it a million times lol. and i dont want to break anything so i just want stock boost until i get a new boost controller. any good brands for a good price?

Do this, remove the MBC. With it removed, you should only see up to 10psi from the stock actuator. If you get more or less, your actuator/wastegate is the issue. If you get 10psi, then you've got a new paper weight.

yes i have a aftermarket boost gauge. soi with no mbc i will see no more then 10 psi?. and if the actuator is working i should see 10 and 10 only? am i correct. i just want to make sure

Yes. Be sure that the MBC has good connections too before you use it as a paper weight. If you used a couple of old, used hoses, then those could have been leaking too. I like to use zip ties on the nipples to make sure it won't leak from that area...not extremely tight though. If you have an option of using other springs that may have been included, try those too. Check the ball if you can. Make sure it doesn't have anything that might allow air to leak past it.
So 10 psi is what you should get from the actuator. Another thing to check is the boost gauge, make sure it is connected to the intake manifold the way every other boost gauge is connected...tee'd off with the fuel pressure regulator.
Have you done a boost leak check yet/recently? If not be sure to do that first before removing or doing anything.
