Default Thinking about buying 2008 Ecplise GT Good Price?

I'm thinking about buying a 2008 Ecplise GT with the Automatic Transmission. The car comes with a large rear spoiler, Sport package, Aero Kit and it only has 10,000 miles on it. The dealer is selling it to me for 20,000. Is that an alright deal for that car?

Yea I was going to get the car and trade my 2004 gts auto in has 72,000 miles. They were only going to get me $8000 for my car. I still owe 12K on it. I tried to get my credit to approve it but they said the car isnt' worth it. I tried getting them to lower the price but they aren't going to.

i owned a 2008 lancer SE for 8 months and then traded it in for an Outlander. the dealer took the rest of the financing off of my hands for the Lancer which was about 17k. they can do it. its just up to each dealer as to what kinda deal they will make. my trade off was i paid full sticker for my outlander and i added a tonne of features to it (which the parts manager gave to me for cost but the owner never found out about, didnt even pay labor for it) so its all in your barganing i think. you are getting a standard price. not a rip off at all. check the paint for scratches tho. paint nowdays is so wussy

Yea I could of did the same thing at the mitsubishi dealership they would of paid my loan completely off and then I would of paid retail for a new 2008 ecplise which would of been like 28K out the door. The car didn't have all of the features like the one I want. No aero kit or sports package. Now I told the dealer I wasn't interested in the car and two days later they said they will give me $8500 formy trade in. I explained to the dealer the car is usless to me with out winter tires so Now they aregoing to order 17inch rims for my 2008 ecplise so i can take my winter tires from my last car with me. I have to pay $280 for the rims though they are going to do all of the moving tires back and forth. I think I'm getting a good deal now. What do you guys think?
