Thats Dustin Surace. He is a real good friend of mine but he did sell the car. The kid that baught it blew it up the next day[:@] completely built evo. Dustin use to be stationed down here in Tx along with me but got out of the military. Thanks for the complement

yeah when he showed up i went over there imediately and he let us see under the hood for a minute and we got to talking. seems like a nice guy. i used to live in texas, fort worth to be exact but i got an uncle that lives in san antonio.

roughly around how much to get it to where it is?

Wheels & tires, body kit (and paint for it), carbon fiber hood & fenders, that alone is at least $3k. Then motor mods, which I don't really know what all it's got done to it, but if I had to guess, I'd say bare minimum of $8k in mods, plus the cost of the car. Lol, I can't compete with that, I'm a budget mod guy, my car's got about $6k in it (including the purchase of the car -$2,700).

I have receits for everything that i have baught for the car except a couple of little things and im close to 20 grand with everything not to include dyno time and tuning. Thats the hole car ok not just the engine. Most of it went to the eng though.

and it's quite possibly the most beutiful $20k I've ever seen:D

Its a place in the mountains in tennessee i do believe thats what he is talking about. Alot of people know of Gatlen burg "i cant spell" witch is a couple of miles from there. Its a vacation spot for most people they have a bunch of car shows there every year. When i lived in Ky i use to go there every year.

Oldskool Pigeon Forge is a place in TN where there is the LARGEST Starquest gathering once a year. This past year there were around 50+ cars and over 100+ member of the starquest club there. There is another member of MF that I believe went to PF this year (My Conquest wasn't roadtrip worthy due to a bad secondary injector and other small problems). The date is usually decided a few months before the actual show and it's usually a great tiem from what I hear. Drag racing, the Dragon Tail run, smoke shows ;) and the likes. If you aren't already a memeber you should check ouot the StarQuest Club. Do a search for it I'm sure you'll locate it. LOTS of guys there with LOTS of SQ knowledge. Hopefully we'll see you at PF next year (Probably not that beautiful '83 but hell another person will be a good addition...)
