View Full Version : 2007 RAIDER RMUDBUGS 12-20-2006, 06:33 PM No more V-8. What the HELL? I'm glad I got mine in 06. mitsuant 01-18-2007, 06:02 PM i wanted to get a raider but they were so expensive and im glad that you have taken over this as a raider section. RMUDBUGS 01-19-2007, 08:12 PM Compared to what? Cheaper than any full size and bigger than any small trucks, but all trucks are over priced. mitsuant 01-23-2007, 06:48 PM well a neighbor bought a ford truck diesel and was not much. when i looked at raiders they were around 30-35k and didnt and still dont have that much. davidmitsusrock 01-23-2007, 08:22 PM The magority of ford trucks are ****...just like their cars...especially the ranger. That is why they are so cheap. And the raider starts at 19 thousand. RMUDBUGS 01-23-2007, 08:23 PM They start at 18K and go up to about 35K. I'm sure it was not a new Ford F-150 with a diesel for less that 35K. mitsuant 01-24-2007, 10:44 AM its bigger than an f150 he bought it usedforless than 35k,but it runs great and alot of fords are not that bad the new rangers yes the probe yes but all in all they got some prety strong trucks. and trust me in florida you dont see any mitsubishi trucksaccually there arent manymitsu dealershipsits mostly a ford or chevy area. talkin bout the central florida area just to be exact. RMUDBUGS 01-24-2007, 12:24 PM And a used Raider would be less than that used Ford. Fords are fine but I love my Raider. I did not want a full size truck or a little toy truck like the Ranger. blackdiamond 02-26-2007, 05:28 PM man, i had my ranger handed down from my dad. he put 220k on it,and it never went to the shop. i use it mabe once a month to move stuff around. it starts up fine every single time. it never burns oil. it still has the original clutch. my lancer has been in the shop 4 times, and just got its 2nd clutch, and new transmission. i love the lancer, but it cant compete with the quality of a ford truck. ford cars on the other hand...suck. so dont talk **** about a ranger if you never owned one. RMUDBUGS 02-26-2007, 09:07 PM I was referring to its size not its reliability. My brother has a Ranger (his 2nd) and its a nice truck, just not big enough for me. blackdiamond 02-28-2007, 04:47 PM my bad.. if u cant tell i love my truck. it is small, but ive never really needed anything bigger. ReBroker 03-16-2007, 04:10 AM I love the Raider one of the nicest trucks around. Great size still fits in parking spaces. Decent towing. I had 1996 ford f-150 eddie bauer before with 115000 miles when it was stolen. The overall truck was good however the sensors sucked. Check engine lite was always on. Airbag lights, o2 sensors. Heavy strong truck. I was rear ended on the freeway once in it. The guy that hit me totaled his car barely bent my bumper and punched hole in my tailgate from all the metal crunching up on the front of his car. They had to tow it off the freeway. It was built ford tough. The Raider seems pretty heavy and well built. I hope it would hold up as well if it were ever hit. any one see any crash data on them. davidmitsusrock 03-16-2007, 04:38 PM im tryen to get my dad to buy a 2007 raider but instead hes buying a 2007 izuzu i-290.... clymore 03-16-2007, 05:20 PM I am liking my Raider so far but the gas mileage is not so good. V6 is rated 16-22 and I am getting about 18 on the interstate. RMUDBUGS 05-14-2007, 09:23 AM The V8 is back! Just seen the my 1st 07 V8 with flexfuel. |
