Hey I have a quick question

First off, I'm a girl so I don't know too much about this stuff.... I want to put an intake in my 2002 eclipse and I saw a few online but it says "Automatic" and I have a stick shift. It that going to make any difference?

I thought about it for a bit, and I haven't been able to think of any reason they would put "automatic" on it...I've never heard of an automatic only intake.. I'm sure it is just some bull. what brand are you going with? Injen? AEM?

Yeah that's what I thought. Well I really don't know much about AEM's but all of my friends have Injens so that's probably what I will go with. Does an air bypass valve come with it?

by pass valve comes seperately.....injen offers 2 peice system, if you going to buy the 2 peice set (cold air ) i, suggest you to buy the by pass valve. (take note the stock #)

the bypass valve is a good idea if your gonna run a cold air intake (2 piece) system, it keeps water from getting into your engine......

Yea, they're not that expensive and it can't really hurt to have it.
