Just got them today, thought i would take some picks of them uninstalled..See what you guys think..Anyways got them from speedhut.com. I got hot pink and the husband got blue(dont have pictures of those).The guages are being installed tomorrow morning, so i will get some installed pictures tomorrow. I also got a carbonfiber gauge bezel.In the first picture i took it with the bezel upside down.. :oops:

how much were they?

i payed 95.87 for the guages, but the naked lady was 5 bucks adn the upgrader inverter was 8..so the pink gauges them selves were 84 or 85..and my c/f gauge bezel was 15..

Those are hot yo. I tried to get a set from Speedhut for my Sentra but they don't have the GXE model gauges only the spec-v SE-R I talked to them and sent pics but they said it'd be an extra 20-30 (I can't remember) to have the die cut for mine :( and mine were sitting at around $120 as it was. Needless to say I'm still gaugeless currently.

Prolly the reason I keep getting tickets.... Maybe I REALLY should look into them a bit more LOL. Usually I just gauge the speed by the sound of the engine and the gear I'm in... ;)

They can't be TOO hard the idiot that owned my Eclipse previously (The one that told me that it was a 5 speed and he swapped it to auto and that it was a turbo but he blew that and swapped in a N/A engine even though there are no mounts for a clutch pedal present or even marks where they would have been and there is NO remnants of the intercooler or anything and a carfaaax report pulls up that it is a GS but he DID install a new gauge face that actually works so it can't be TOO hard)

LOL Yeah essentially the guy didn't have CRAP in it was JUST starting body work and got bored w it. The guy told me "A simple valve job and she'll be running again" YEAH right... I pulled the valve cover off the engine won't turn and there's a rocker lyting NEXT to the valve... There's also a 1/4 inch track cut into the timing belt about 1/4 of an inch from the engine side of the belt. My guess is the timing tensioner let loose and let it jump a couple of teeth at a time eventually enough to shove a valve through a piston (My guess is the guy had NO idea what he was doin with that car prolly over reving it when it happened).

I been lookin for a new motor but I'm thinking I'll just pull it and go with a rebuild. if it's the block I THINK it is it SHOULD be the original 6 bolt 4G63. I think I'll rebuild it in my livingroom and prolly build it to be turbo MUAHAHHAHAHA
