No. RS is like a 16/17 sec car the GTZ is like a 15.2 that is a big difference.

I dont think any Galants of that gen came Manual unless swapped for an eclipse tranny

I just did an autotrader search for Galants from 1997-2004 any price any distance any mile with manual transmission and only 3 came up I clicked on them and they said "4 speed manual" which means it was an automatic and someone miss printed and other than that there were no others
