sti vs philly cop.... btw the kid dosent get caught.
Edit: the ending reminds me of the blare witch project.
ictponder 03-20-2006, 10:25 PM Sweet video, I wonder if it's authentic police cruiser.
EMonz57 03-21-2006, 12:02 AM that has to be fake
Sanguinius 03-21-2006, 12:05 AM No WAY that's real... lol
slow420a 03-21-2006, 12:09 AM A fellow 2g nter's friend was driving the sti, according to him its authentic.
ictponder 03-21-2006, 12:25 AM I guess I can agree see that happening. My girlfriend's dad is a state police officer in Detroit, MI and I can definately see him enjoying street racing, even joining in, while on duty lol.
Sanguinius 03-21-2006, 03:03 AM LOL Damn... That's crazy
EMonz57 03-21-2006, 01:25 PM No way a cop would do that...you have so much that could get you caught and your putting a career on the line to race some ricers and maybe a fast car or two.... It has to be fake
Silvertooth 03-21-2006, 02:59 PM Wish the cop that got me would have been that cool lol. Meh. I still won, even if I lost my license.
After watching that I would have to say that it was definitely fake. I think the cop pulled up to talk to everyone or some **** like that, and they just pulled up next to the cop car, talked their **** into the camera and then took off, staging the thing like a real race. But that's just me.

no your right. notice as they are raceing it never shows the other car to see how far back it is. It is SOOO staged and listen to all of them they are a bunch of tools
Silvertooth 03-21-2006, 03:15 PM Yeah...
And what the hell was abotu about the guy being arrested THAT NIGHT? lol. He was not arrested...just had to sit back there. HUGE difference. Trust me, I know.
EMonz57 03-21-2006, 03:21 PM trying to sound hard on the camera thats all
slow420a 03-21-2006, 05:30 PM thats philly
EMonz57 03-21-2006, 08:25 PM well since when is it the cool thing to do, next time I can I want to get arrested and brag about it
WIECLIPSEGUY 03-21-2006, 08:45 PM Cool video... Wouldn't find that in Wisconsin.... The only racing in Wisconsin would be trying to run... [sm=gears.gif]
EMonz57 03-21-2006, 08:59 PM you should see florida...it is worse than that video. I went out to an orlanda meet on a saterday night and holy god it was like fast and furious with cars all over the road all parked on the sides and stuff it was just insane
Silvertooth 03-22-2006, 04:38 PM That's awesome Emonz. Wish we had that kind of enthusiasm up here in Minnesota.
Damn winters.

I was driving a while ago in my Sol in upstate cali and a cop pulled me over. i couldn't find my wallet and I was then ordered to step out of the car, was hand cuffed, patted down, my car was searched while i sat in the back of the cop car, all to find out that my wallet had fallen out of my pocket and under my seat. bastard cops w/ nothing to do but harrass teenagers.
i'm not braggin, it sucks. kinda humiliating having all those soccer moms in their vans staring at you as they drive by. plus there's NO leg room. kinda hurt.
Silvertooth 03-23-2006, 10:43 PM Lol for serious man. And no seatbelts.
If it makes you feel any better when I got pulled over for racing the cop I was in front of a busy hotel lol.
And two blocks from my house.
Know what it is like to have your car impounded when you could basically see your house from where your car is parked? Lol.
PooT_Nation 03-23-2006, 10:54 PM dude, that sucks. ya they don't have any seat belts. bastards. uphold safety...until you get in the back of their car.
Silvertooth 03-23-2006, 11:03 PM Lol good point. "It's your life, it's our law" my ass.
'Course if there were seatbelts I'd have used them to beat the **** out of the cop lol.
Well not really but I would have wanted to lol.
PooT_Nation 03-23-2006, 11:08 PM ya know the feeling.
what confuses me is this. whenever you see an idiot running from the cops its always in some beat up POS car, a truck/suv, or a street bike. sure the street bikes are fast, but the POS cars and trucks are slow.
What I want to see is a Friggin cop chase where the crook is driving some decked out import. Like one of those Twin Turbo Supras or Some decked out STI or EVO. see if the cops can keep up with that. haha.
Silvertooth 03-23-2006, 11:10 PM Lol well that's the plan for me.
I plan to get a VR4 or Supra TT or hell even a Skyline by the time I am 60 and have the thing totally decked out like MAD. Then I am going to take it to the long highways of Montana...piss off a cop...and see if I can make a run for it lol.
PooT_Nation 03-23-2006, 11:29 PM sweeeet. lol. i could probably do that here after working on my Gst. Just drive into Mexico. HAHAHA. It's only a 25 mintue drive away at most
Silvertooth 03-23-2006, 11:34 PM Lol that's awesome. But yeah I am going to do that. In 40 years or so. Lol.
But it will be well worth the wait.
EMonz57 03-24-2006, 09:50 AM I dont think you realize how impossible hard it will be to get one of those cars in 40 years.. they are hard to get now and in 40 years they will be worth double what they are because they will be collectors aniques. the easiest one to get would still be a VR4. I can bet if you dont buy one withing 10 years it wont be worth it to buy later on. the # of those cars around keeps dropping getting crashed and totaled. and you already cant get financed for one unless it is a 97+ with fewer than 70,000 miles(I know from experience) so you need cash ready and probly a plane ticket tto fly out to get the car across country. It is already hard to do 40 years it will be impossible
Silvertooth 03-24-2006, 03:12 PM That's why I am going to be getting it in the next 5 or 10 years and keeping it in mint condition slowly building it up over time until it is ready. :-D You'll see.

I wish you the best of luck....If anyone on this site knows how hard they are to get it is me. like I said a VR4 is the easy one lol
Sanguinius 03-25-2006, 11:59 AM Again I'll stick with the Quest. They're already a decently had to find car. I know from the board that one bit the dust the other day. (Rolled the car so it's totalled but he'll be swapping the engine into a shell).
