Question advice on adding larger fuel injector

I was told that the factory computer will not recognize larger fuel injectors. So what do I need to do in order to over ride this system.

My car is a 2003 eclipse with a factory blue printed 3.0 with a Ripped modification super charger as well as a Vortec V -5G cold air intake. I installed the WB 255 fuel pump as well as added a fuel filter. The last thing I need is fuel injectors. the local performance shop said they were factory 220 and I needed at least 550 or even 750s. So how do I cure this problem?
please and thank you

Akzle is correct you will need to reflash your ecu and adding a piggyback would surely be useful.
