I just brought a 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander for a steal deal and on my first day, I was happy. Out of curiosity I wanted to check how front fog lights lit up at night, I switch it on and both lights works so I turned it off...

Until I wanted to turn it on again for 2nd time and it doesn't lit up anymore. My dashboard information shows front fog lights is on but both lights didn't lit up. I checked fuse and they're OK. Does it have to do with bulbs, I hope? I checked under the car to find location of fog lights but with plastic covers all over the place so I can't check if it's the bulbs.

I hope it doesn't have to do with wiring harness...
