Rear lights not working, hazards and Dash lights.
Found wiring burnt in Engine Compartment.
Green with White Stripe wire cooked form above right wheel arch to after radiator by left front light.
This wire has been connected onto another Green with White Stripe wire from fuse box by Battery on right hand side, plus connected to Four Red with Yellow Stripe wires from RH light X1 / 2x wires from LH Lights and last wire from fuse box at Battery

All wires worse burnt area is in the radiator area to the clamped point, not sure why. Bought the car in this condition?

Question: Are these wires ment to be clamped together?
