I am at wits end. I have digital automatic heat/ac The display does not work
modes work fan blows but not hot. Put in new thermostat heater lines hooked up ??? Any help would be appreciated

 

sounds like two different issues, the displays are known to go out, there are internal capacitors that leak and damage the display, so that will need replaced.

as for no heat, maybe the system needs to be bled out more if there is an air pocket trapped, or there is a flow issue, like a blockage in the radiator or heater core. Feel the upper and lower radiator hoses to see if they are the same temp, as well as the heater core lines

 

Found the issue. Heater core blocked. When car hot and I first turned on the heat
it was hot for a few seconds Made me think. I removed both hoses and put a test hose on the top line of the heater core an blew into it. No way Hit it with compressor air and all sorts of shi......came out the other end. When it gets hot out I will do it again and flush the system Thanks for the help

 

You want to flush through both sides of the core many times to clean it out. Not just one side...
