Default Trouble bleeding power steering

Hello,

Wondering if anyone has any suggestions, I replaced the rack and pinion on my 1995 3000gt, I followed bleeding instructions and repeated it several times, I keep getting air in the system, when I shut the emgine down oil ov erflows and I see a lot of air bubbles coming out, I put generic power steering fluid in the system but I don't think the is the problem.

Any recommendations?

Thank you

keep bleeding the system until there are no more bubbles coming up, it will take quite a while. Then put the cap on.
