Mitsubishi 3000GT During it's production run, and after, the 3000GT was a pure sports car offering forced induction and all wheel drive, as well as smooth aerodynamic styling.

Why doesn't Mitsubishi make the 3000 GT anymore?

Default Why doesn't Mitsubishi make the 3000 GT anymore?

I can see why Chevy stopped making the Camaro but why did Mitsubishi stop making the 3000GT? I have driven in a 3000 Spyder and it is an amazing car! I also really liked the Supra...but they don't make that car either anymore! doooh

ANyone know why?

My opinion, slow sales. It was a 8 year old platform when it was canned. It was retailing for 40k+ I believe, Spyders more than that. Not many people would be buying a 50k+ (in todays dollars) Japanese sports car. Just my thoughts anyway...

That is too bad. Now that I am in position to buy a nice car like the 3000 GT it is not available new... real unfortunate! I have looked at a few older spyders but I want to buy new. Any more pics of your car?

Ahhh nice Dodge Stealth! I can't believe they don't make these beauties anymore! I have looked for some mid 90's Spyders- I fugure I might as well go topless!

Good luck finding a 3000gt spyder for a fair price. Most I see around here are going for 10K over KBB value. There's much better ways to spend your money and go faster for MUCH less money.

You noticed the same thing with the price. I found a 95 and it only had 33k miles on it because the man was overseas and he wanted 8k over KBB. I like the car but I don't want to pay more than what the car is worth!

What would you recommend that is a fair price and is faster or as fast? Prefer topless!

the 3g eclipse is the style of the purple car in 2 fast 2 furious...

the 2g eclipse is the style of the green car that gets blown up in the first fast and the furious movie..

the 2g cloud coupe is liek this (one of my babies):
