'04 Endeavor Door Lock Switch?

My wife's '04 Endeavor won't lock/unlock using the driver's door button. All doors and the back hatch respond properly to the key fob and passenger side front door button. Do I have a bad switch, actuator, or something else entirely? Any help is greatly appreciated.
