Ok, so I've owned my Endeavor for a year and a half, and have never known about this factory alarm until this morning when I accidently set it off and then panicked because I was unaware that it had anything. I don't have keyless entry or anything other than the 1 key that came with the vehicle.


I was just curious as to if anyone could explain how this factory alarm works and what all is included in it's system.


I tried a Google search, but nothing explains about it, just says that it has an alarm and an antitheft system.


Please nobody treat me like I'm incompetent or anything, just trying to learn things on my own.
