Default P0141 ODB code

Well I replaced the bank 1 sensor 2 which I hope was the one in the front but the lower one as opposed to the one at the top, front. I used a scan gauge to reset it and after driving it and turning it off and went back on again. Any suggestions on what to do next? Trying to avoid taking to mechanic and spending $$$. Help!

I called Long Beach Mitsu to check to make sure and they parts guy believed and said he checked it was the lower one in the front. How could I tell if its a bad sensor or some other issue?

That code isn't for the sensor directly. It is for the "heated oxygen sensor heater" circuit. The current supplying the heater in the O2 sensor is below target.
"TROUBLESHOOTING HINTS (The most likely causes for this code to be set are
  • Open or shorted right bank heated oxygen sensor (rear) heater circuit, or harness damage.
  • Open circuit in right bank heated oxygen sensor (rear) heater.
  • Connector damage.
  • PCM failed."
I'm attaching a pic of location and connector

Kinda hate to bring back a old thread, BUT I need help w/ the same issue. Replaced the o2 and cleared the code. first start up light out, turn off and start again light back on. Started checking the grounds and found braided ground strap broke so replaced it. Then cleaned grounds near the o2 connectors (wtf is that small black box attached to ground w/ 1 black wire connected??) and cleaned other grounds but have same issue?!?!?!? What wires can I test for heater power???

BTW its my GF's 04 endeavor
