Anyone swap their rear drum brakes to discs on a 99-03 Galant?

yes it has been done and cab be done.
It's just a matter or picking up the rear disc brake set up from a v6 galant or a 3rd generation eclipse with rear brakes

hey i have a 03 galant 2.4l is it really possible?? ive searched and talked to pleople and they say it would cost alot.. is it true?
