Default p0302 1998 Mirage

I have a 98 Mirage with 60k. I recently replaced cap, rotor, wires plugs as part of a general tune up. A couple months later it started to run rough and began throwing code p0302 (misfire on #2 cylinder). I checked that the wires were secure, looked at the inside of the cap and at the rotor, and looked at each plug for burn or wetness. All looked good. I swapped the wires around to see if I could get the code to jump to another cylinder. No luck. I also moved the plugs around. No go. Still getting a p0302. Compression on all cylinders is 110psi. The car will smooth out a little when it reaches normal operating temp but still misses. The next series of possible fixes is expensive (distributor, injectors, cat. conv.) so I need some help narrowing it down. Any thoughts?
Thanks

Default big 3

check the 3 primaries: fuel, spark and air. basically check the fuel injector for particles an check that its working, check the spark plug/wires/distributor(which you've done), an valves for air flow. i would suggest a compression test to check for piston slap an worn rings an gaskets. is there anything other symptoms?
