Default 1989 dash and running lights out..

I have a 1989 Montero 2.6 SWB with dash and night time running lights out. The headlights still work. Rear bulbs are fine.
1. Are they on a relay or fuse? They did flicker for a while, but now totally out. I can't seem to find the short.

If my switch is broken, I'll just wire in switches on dash, but the wires are confusing me.

1. I took apart the switch and there are 3 wires to those functions. A red which reads -12 volt on ignition. A green constant -12volt. And a black ground.
2. The red appears to run head lights when grounded. The green doesn't seem to do anything, (I'm assuming that is the problem).
So I can wire the head lights, but still don't have the tail and dash.

Thoughts? Thanks.

check your fuzes first. I'm sure there is a relay there too, because that would be too many light to run through a switch.

thanks, I'll go through them again and maybe just replace, they all look fine but who knows. I was hoping someone on here knew which fuse/relay that is?
