There is nothing plugged into the S-Video looking output of the stock radio so i assume that means she does not have the infinity built in amp.
I have installed dozens of stereos in Hondas, BMWs, Volvos, and Toyotas, they were all older models though so they were really simple. This black plug confuses me. Thank you for your help.
FOUND THE ANSWER! turns out the little black plug next to the antenna is like an aux antenna. Turns out a lot of newer japanese cars have them. It IS NOT NECCESSARY to plug it in. the stock stereo just looks between the two antenna to find which one is giving you a better reception and uses that.
Hope this helps people like myself in the future.
