95 Tero wont start, and some electronics dont work?
I bought this tero as a project. I got a dam good deal on it, and am trying to get it running. It turns over but just wont fire. The dash works, compass, gauges etc, as well as the headlights, but none of the interior lights come one, power locks quit working, power windows stopped. The sun roof still works. I havent got to check it out yet as I have been working. The fuel pump ticks 2-3 times then nothing. Is that the noise it should make? Everyother vehichls I have owned "hum". Thanks.

Well progress... I checked the fuse box inside, was all good. The one under the hood has the 100a fuse for the alternator missing. The PO rigged it up by bending them over. When I press it together and make contact the interior works, ac comes on, windows etc. But It still wont fire.
DEFIANTLY getting fuel. Disconnected a hose, sprayed it all over the engine bay(lol), we pulled a plug to see if it was firing and you could smell it in the cylinder.
I broke the 60a battery one so its not in its slot.
What are these fuses called? Where can I get these fuses?

"big f*ckoff fuses"
or, main fuses.
Auto stores, probably any "old fashioned" garage, too.
Did ya get a good bright spark? Or test on a tester?
Otherwise, with fuel and spark, the only other thing is timing. Or compression. Check compression first.

How do I check compression? I dont have a tester.
The way it was killed was the Po took it hunting and left the lights on, and it killed the battery. Got it home, charged it and nothing, got a new battey and nothing, and it hasnt ran since.

a quick and hoary way is to roll up a paper towel and roll, stuff it in the plug hole (tight seal), if it flys out when cranked, you probablx have compression.
If its just been sitting a while, once your fuses are in, hook it up for a jump start.
Crank it a few times with pedal to the floor to clear the cyls, then about 1/4 throttle till it catches.
