adjustment for headlights? 2002 Montero Limited

2002 Montero Limited
Hi can anyone tell me how to adjust healights so they dont blind people.Is there a screw or is it those silver looking bolts.

Just leave the alignment alone, that's what is supposed to occur when small cars encounter an SUV. I've never encountered problems with law enforcement so I believe they know it's just due to the height difference.

Umm, on the top of the headlight it shows you were to make the adjustments for right to left and up and down. Right below those are the adjusters. You may have caps that sit over the adjusters thought that pop off.
