After Market Fan clutch?
Hey guys , I'm in need of a new Fan clutch. Which After market would you recommend? Is a NAPA fan clutch good? The dealer wanted 310$ for one and that just wasnt happening. I have a 2000 Montero Sport LS 4wd 3.0 engine. My car overheats at idle, itll creep up to about 3/4 on the temp gauge. When cold the clutch has little resistance and i can spin it with my hand and when hot it has less resistance and can be easily spun aswell.
Help!

I'm not familiar with the after market part that NAPA puts out for the fan clutch, however, if you are interested in replacing with OEM parts check out this site:
https://www.mitsubishiparts.com/oe_parts_catalog.html
The prices are normally a bit cheaper than the dealer.
Good Luck

Providing your vin. number is a great way to ensure correct parts when you order.
The site has always provided the correct parts in a timely manner.
Due to shipping costs, I'll sometimes order parts when I have more than just one thing in the box. This way the shipping isn't costing more than the part itself.
Good Luck
