Default Back seat problem

Hey, its me again. Thanks to Hunter , I know what to do about my upper glovebox.
Now, does anyone know how to get my 2nd. Seats to flip up? They fold down but won't budge when I try to flip them up. According in got the manual, they are on hydraulics and have no release. Any help appreciated.

I have the same problem with mine, i got in the back of the truck and went to fold the back seat and grabbed from the seat bottom seat with one hand in between the two latches and with the other hand push the lever all the way and it finally released about when the back seat was almost half way down into the bottom seat.
I think the cables are a bit stretched that's why it gets kind of tricky trying to fold up the 3/4 seat.
