4wd Drive and Possessed Brake Light

RE: 4wd Drive and Possessed Brake Light
In my 1990, the brake light is triggered by either the Ebrake being up or the brake fluid level in the resevoir being low. Causes for low brake fluid include worn pads requiring more fluid in the lines and therefore less fluid in the reservoir.
Check your brake fluid level and your brake pads for wear. Most likely the cause of the possesed light.
The 4WD light is triggered by a sensor at either the wheels or the transfer case. This sensor can go bad. I'd check there first.
