Default Transmission cooling fan running non stop.

Hello guys I am having an issue with my transmission cooling fan running non stop and its loud.

I have a 2002 Mitsubishi Montero Limited with the 3.5 engine and 5 spd auto transmission.

I replaced my timing belt and then the crank sensor went out, so i bought a new crank sensor and put it back in.

Now my Montero is having a sluggish start and dies a few times while trying to start it.
The dash lights flicker on and act like there trying to turn on when the engine cranks so i was thinking maybe a battery issue but the battery is fine.

I know the crank sensor is working fine because i disconnected it and my Montero wouldn't crank at all then i reconnected it and it cranked just fine.

While all of this is happening my transmission cooling fan is going non stop.
I did drain and switch my transmission filter and fill it back up so maybe that is a sensor issue? I only used OEM Mitsubishi atf.

Once its warmed up it has no issues electronically or with starting. I can kill the engine then re start it with no problems.
However the transmission fan still stays on no matter the temperature.

So i guess i was wondering if you guys knew of anything that would cause it to start sluggishly with the dash lights flicker then run normally when warmed up.
And if you guys knew anything about why the transmission cooler fan would blow non stop loudly.

Fan Noise.

Sluggish start noise.

Thank you guys for your help.
