I have a 91 Montero sport with a blown head gasket on the #4 cylinder, has anyone here ever used a product called steel seal or red devil head gasket sealers, just don't have the time and money right now to tear down the engine to fix the problem and wonder in this stuff would even work, never used it before....please no trolls.

 

You might get a couple 100s of miles extra, but its not going to be a certain thing. just dont try driving far or heavy. Now, IF the gasket was blown to a cooling jacket, that will certainly help a bit, but if it was between cylinders or cylinder to oil jacket, that wont do a thing.
