my 2005 motero limited throws code P0720 , it looks like transmission problem but where should i start? can someone help me

 

Can you describe what is going on with the rig?
How long has it been since you've flushed the system and changed the filter?

 

p0720 is the trans output speed sensor code. fluid and filter change WILL NOT affect this. gotta replace the sensor. dealer item only.

 

the trasmission takes long before it will shift,and the N light flashes while in Drive. anyway i have discovered " broken power wire " to the output speed sensor and joined it. now it works fine . MIL light disappeared.

after two days MIL light appeared, Cylinder 5 misfire , i ve just cleared the computer to drive and monitor the engine perfomance. i also just need
to identify which of the cylinder is no.5 . can you help on this MR. Z ?
