Default Ultragauge MX

Hi I have just purchased an Ultragauge MX and am trying to get it to read the transmission temp. I have tried all of their recommended codes but still no luck. Has any body had experience doing this. Or is there someone out there that has some knowledge on reading code?
Cheers

The Scan gauge code for trans temp which works is:
TXD: 07E12102
RXF: 032100000000
RXD: 2008
MTH: 00010001FFD8
This is the coding I have been given by Ultragauge

TXDATA: 07E12102
MTCH: 622102
RPOS: 1008
X: 0001
/: 0001
+:FFD8

TCtrl: 83
RCtrl: 31 Change TCtrl to 82,

if no change then set MTCH: 622100

if no change, then also set RCtrl = 21

if no change then change RCtrl =11

TXDATA: 07E12102
MTCH: 622100
RPOS: 1008
X: 0001
/: 0001
+:FFD8
TCtrl: 82
RCtrl: 21 or 11 (with 21 being the logical choice)

TXDATA: 07E12102
MTCH: 210000
RCtrl: 10
RPOS: 1008
