Default Spark Plug Reading Question

Hi folks, i just recently changed the spark plugs and wires on my Montero 2002 Limited. It has 63,000 miles on it. Before i replaced them i check the old wires with a plug wire meter which showed 25 reading on the passenger side wires. But on the drive side plugs (all three of them) the reading was about 10.

So as mentioned i changed all the plugs and wire since it needed it anyways. But surprizing i am getting the same reading on the driver side plugs, which is 10. I thought it would jump to 25 like rest of the plugs on the passenger side.

So just curious if anyone else has noted this on their montero's or ran into this issue. The Montero runs and starts much better now with the new plugs and wires.

Thanks!
