Hi all,

i bought 2003 Outlander XLS a week ago. The Interior Cabin Fan got some high frequency noise when I turned it on. And the second problem is about the heat. I could not feel any heat from the under dash (Foot). Upper body and windshield heat are extremely strong.

Please Anyone would have any idea or suggestion to fix my problems.
