Hello My wife has a 2004 Outlander Sport 2wd, two major issues with the car first one that she has complain for a while is the time it takes to start, what I mean is u turn the key and it will be 4 to 5 ( what turns ) and then it will turn on.

second recently started about 4 months ago I replace battery, and about a month ago she realize that when u turn heat on the idle would go down like if it was going to shut off in some case it has shut down but just a few, and like I said already replaced battery can it be alternater or electrical issue, I appreciate in advance the suggestion
