Could you give some more information?
For a long time, I've had a creaking noise out of my front right suspension that I've determined to be the strut bushing. It creaks as I turn or go over small bumps. It is not the ball joint as I routinely get alignments and they have not piped up about that going bad.
So you hit a bump, the noise starts until you hit the brakes? what if you are braking as you hit the bump? Does turning play a part?

If i am braking when i hit the bumps the noise does not appear. If i turn, there is no noise, only over a small sharp bumps. Its like a mistery, my mechanic examined everything - as he said - and he didnt found anything... but what i hear is like something is about to fall apart
and i like my car a LOTT

Loose brake pad missing or broken or misinstalled retaining clip.
I had that on a Chrysler product which share a lot of brake component and layout with Mitsubishi.
The pad rattle in the holder when retracted but will not when under pressure as they contact the disk.
