Default 3rd row not staying locked down

My 3rd row doesn't like to stay locked down..

I've ran it through the install and take down cycle a few times just to make sure something just wasn't caught.

It makes the click when pushing it all the way down, but usually doesn't last more than 5 miles or a few bumps before popping back up

Anyone else had this?

I had to really slam it down to stay locked in place....maybe give it another try and if all else fails go back to the dealer!

I'll give it another shot..but I've pushed it down as far as it will go even after the latch sounds as if it's engaging...maybe I'll be meaner about it

BTW..screaming at it doesn't work either LOL

Follow up:

The service department thought it was strange (I think half of the crew was watching since I don't think many have really looked at the 3rd row mechanism)...

Anyways..they ended up adjusting the strike where it latches...It's been a few days and it hasn't popped up..usually it would wtihin a couple of miles.

Looks like it got fixed. Weird problem, hopefully it won't happen to me. I basically just bring it down with a good deal of force and everything stays put. I need to learn to be more gentle.

Nothing a big ol hammer didn't fix!

They were still able to force it up (without using the pull strap) after the adjustment..but that may be normal and it hasn't popped up since..so I'm pleased (knock on wood)

Just rip the seat out and turn it into a storage compartment. Your perfect for this mod. Or carry around something really heavy.
