air conditioning stoped working
my outlander is just out of waranty and has 34000 mile on clock, the air conditioning has stopped blowing cold, anyone had simuler problems. Also why would it need regassing at 3 year old?

Hmmm...that seems odd..at that mileage and time. You could have a leak in the system. I think if you pushed the dealer a bit they should be able to help you out. A 3 year old vehicle shoudn't be having AC problems yet...but it's possible. Best of Luck.

On 2013 cars there was 3 year warranty and had to be serviced every 9,000 miles but new cars now have 5 years and service every 12,000 miles.

Just adding this extract from uk mitsubi web site:-
VEHICLE WARRANTY PERIOD
New vehicles supplied in the UK by an authorised Mitsubishi Motors Dealer, and registered from 1st July 2015 have a 5 year, 62,500 mile warranty (whichever comes first). For vehicles registered prior to this date, please speak to your local dealer for details.

I'm in the USA - but, it is 5 year, 60K miles, as you said - which is a factory warranty. That is why I asked if the UK has different laws (which doesn't make sense, since it's a factory warranty.)
Since your initial post is pretty vague - I'm going to guess that you bought this car at a shady second-hand place or at auction?
If that is the case; take it to a Mitsubishi dealer, and they should honor the Mitsubishi warranty.
One case where the warranty may be voided is if the title is not clean. (Accident, etc.) Without more information, it's only speculation that we can offer you.
Sounds like you have some digging to do. Good luck.

Yep I,v found other items apart from cars where you over there get better warranties for example lawn mowers on a identical mower over your side you might get 3 years and over here 1 year!!.
