anoying knock from back brakes

Default anoying knock from back brakes

as the title suggests ,i changed the discs and rotas but i get a knock knock from rear driver side when applying brakes ,the retainers are new , really getting me down ,i take the caliper off 5/6 times move pads ,noise stops for 50 m9 miles or so then it comes back please help

What is the runout on that rotor?

Would be nice if you could identify if it's the rotor or the pads.
Can pads be swapped with the other side on the rears?

runout ? sorry dont know if its the pads or rotars but i suspect the pads are moving
