Question How To Replace Oil Pressure Switch on 2007 Outlander?

Howdy y'all,

So I have a 2007 Outlander LS 4WD with the 3.0 V6 (US market). I've owned it for a year and a half, and it's generally been a great vehicle (though a bit of a bitch to find parts for, Mitsu's dealer and parts network is sad).

I've had a CEL that's been off and on for most of the time I own the vehicle, and it finally came on and stayed on. From my research, and from the code, it is the oil pressure switch that needs replaced. According to the techs at the dealership, it's only like a 45 minute job to switch it out.

The trouble is, I can't find info on how to replace the damn thing, and I already bought the part... just need info on how to change it out. It's insanely difficult to find any videos or info on how to work on these vehicles, it's kind of frustrating for a backyard mechanic like me.

Any and all advice would be GREATLY appreciated.
