Hi there,

Quite easy to make the LED configuration. At the end of this mail I will post a couple of links.....

You will see my Outlander is 2nd series, I think the lower lights on yours might be different......however on series 2 the black plastic surround has six moulded circles. These I drilled out.
I then used silicone sealant to hold the LED's (see the link I gave) in place.(they come with resistor already wired)
The LED wires were then all joined to terminal block (ie 6 -ve & 6 +wires)
Whilst you could now connect them direct to power source, like side lights, I decided to connect to small remote control box (see link 2 below).
The one I purchased also monitors current drop direct from the battery so the lights come on automatically when I turn on ignition, and go off when stopped etc. The control box also lets you set differing strobe effects, (if this is your thing!).

Since then I have also installed day time running lights connected to the same control box.

Great model Mitsi you have there, love the colour.....would have been my first choice if it was available when I bought mine, but I got a good deal on the red one (do not think anyone else wanted it !!!)

I live part of the year some 17km west of Kalamata. Have been to Nafplion several times, really nice town (except when the cruise ships come in and it gets too busy!)

Thanks for the write up! ill get rocking on that!

The wheels are 20's made by Platinum called Emotions. THey are 20x8.5 have a 5x114.3 with a 35 offset. I run 255/35/20 tires on them if i was to do it all over i would run 255/45/20 on there to fill a bit more wheel well

Arrow Hmm

I am thinking about going with 20s myself do you really think the 255/45/20 would not rub and fit properly?

I would run a 45 side wall if I could do it all over, actually i would go 22's if i could do it all over again hahaha but ya a larger side wall should be 100% fine man.

Spent a bit of time in the front of the outie this week to clean up some of the led's in the grill and update it to a 50/50 style LED, much cleaner

I bought a '14 Outlander Sport a few months ago, just now stumbling across these forums

I'd eventually like to add:
• DRL
• Fog Lights ( debating between buying factory or aftermarket )
• Roof Rails

Just installed an aftermarket radio as well
