PlastiDipped Wheels

Considering going darker on the back tints and getting them on the front, In which case the tails would get a light smoke.
I am going to dip the chrome door handles once it gets a little warmer.

Thats really it, what more can we really do anyway

Wheels are real hard to see in that pic. You have a close up with better lighting? Interested in how the dip looks.

From this distance, the dip looks great. I always thought of doing this, but you need to do it on the right wheels. It looks good on those, I assume are stocks for that year? The 16's come with cool, brushed edged wheels that couldn't pull off that look. But on those rims, it's a good look. Well done.

Thank you, I was very pleased with the initial results. I believe it was a better choice than just going with black. I agree with your view on the 2016 wheel, Plastidip usually looks best with simply styled wheels, and less so with multi-spoke designs.

Since then, after getting an alignment and getting my summer tires mounted they don't look so good. Mainly because the clowns that mounted the tires scratched them near the perimeter of the wheel. I am assuming brake cleaner made it all over another one because it became slightly discolored on one my rears. Ill probably re-do them again this year.

I'll have some better pics up when i apply the Klasse "twins" to the paint and I'll throw one up here.

Comment: "Holy sh1te!" That's quite a light show. Had no idea those mod headlights even existed for the Outlander. From that one video, it looks like yours is heavily modded. Is that hood scoop functional beyond just going into the engine bay? Ported into intake? Lots of Mit's in Qatar?

Which rear door scuff plate did you get? Have any pics? I'm thinking I should get one too. My kids crawling in and out of the back not to mention cargo, seems like I'm asking for serious scuffing.
