I got the P0004 code a couple of times. The first time was Jan 8 and the second time was Jan 24. I cleared it both times. I ordered a new fuel cap which will arrive this Friday. Hopefully that will solve it. Btw it's a 2009 Outlander V6. Anyome else getting this code?

Hi. Just wanted to follow up. Installed the new fuel cap and I haven't got the code since. Cost me $40 at a Toronto dealership.

 

Had the same problem with my 09 Lancer...Gas Cap did the trick ..never had another code. Good for you!..Cheers!
