Default Sensitive Steering

Hi All

I've just purchased a 12 plate Outlander GX4 and so far really pleased with it. The only issue seems to be how light and sensitive the steering is, to the point I'm cautious when driving.

I've changed the front tyres over to Continentals but the sensitive steering is still there.

Is this a characteristic of the outlander or is there a common issue?

Thanks

John

Has anyone else had this just before I book it into the dealers to get it checked out?

Default Sensitive steering

I have a '12 Outlander GT, and I find the steering to be very 'busy'. I'm surprised at how much of the time I actually have to think about keeping the car going straight and find myself constantly correcting the wheel. On crappy roads, this can be very tiresome and tedious.
