Hello forum,
As mentioned in the title, I've been around lurking on this site for a while. Back in the states I had a 2000 Eclipse GT that needed loving every now and then and I'd check this forum for answers on how to, for instance, change the brake pads or whatever.
Now I am living in Korea with a 1997 Hyundai Galloper, which shares the same bones with the Mitsubishi Montero. The thing is, this new mitsu-hyundai has 300k Kilometers on it and needs some love too. Much to my surprise Korea doesn't have Autozone or O'reilly so I'll be cross referencing parts numbers to order off of Amazon.
These Montero-Galloper things are freakin' sweet and to add to the awesomeness it's got the turbo diesel engine on it with 4x4. Unfortunately due to the amount of speed humps and city traffic in Korea, she needs new brakes and suspension components which is why I seek your help! The brake rotors have almost 1/8'' wear on them and going over the most insignificant bump in the road leads to spinal injury. That being said, no problem for me. I just want to make this ugly SOB run well so we could bring her back to the states in a few years.
See you in the forums!
