Default quick introduction

Hi all
Great site/forum. New to it as of today. Been a car guy since I was 14 and that was 44 years back. Have had over 300 of my own personal vehicles since then, because at any given time along the way, I have several motorcycles, (I'm on my 62nd motorcycle since my teen years) and seemingly always have a boat and some sort of off road toy(s) along with, over the years 58 Mustangs, 35 MBZ cars I built/restored/customized, about 22 Z cars, all the 60's and 70's muscle cars and Eclipses and Starions and a few Galants and a Diamante or two in there. I only know these numbers because a friend teased me about always being seen in a different vehicle and said "Good god, man, how many cars do you have? or have you had?" I set out to find out once by buying a couple Auto Traders and going through the pages to remind me of cars I probably forgot I once had. Not sure whether to proud of that or ashamed of that track record. But I have been around the block I guess you could say.Not trying to brag. Makes me question my stability, lol!
Anyway, trying to help a friend who bought my last Diamante so I'll need to go to Tech help soon.
Thanks, and hello to all.

Welcome aboard, rotorpilot56. Unfortunately, I can't be much technical help with a Diamanté as I have never owned one. I am sure one of our fine forum members who have experience with this model can help.

By the way, if you have owned over 300 vehicles, you should brag!

I read it because you sound like you have potential, but in future, try to use paragraphs.

Talking hi again, response to a few

Sorry, I really don't have the occasion to use forums much and it's been a while since I have.

Let's see, by Z cars I meant 240, 260 and 280 Z's. Even built one with a turbine I took from a crashed BELL JET RANGER back in the mid 80's. That was a really novelty one.

Anyway, my job travel keeps me tied up a lot with not much free time to dabble online anymore really.

Hey, how do I get over to where someone might be able to answer a crazymaking issue I have with this Diamante? Got an 02 sensor issue and I've heard it's somewhat common amongst the Eclipse, Diamante and Stealth engines.

Any help on where to go on this forum and how?
Thanks much

it just makes reading and responding so much easier for us blind old gits.

chuck it anywhere, the diamante subforum probably. there's a few people who know computer/sensors, but it's generally a matter of clean it, test it, if that doesn't work, replace it.

sick, i loved the 240z, 280z even the 300z. and the new 370 series are horny as!
had a '78 300zx with an rb30, never got into it mechanically but it was a mean skid wagon!
