Optimum boost psi?
I need to know what boost pressure i should set my car at. This is all the mods that are in my car:
6 bolt swap, with all new accessories WP, timing components, seals, 160 psi in all 4 cylinders. act clutch kit 2100lb, EVO III turbo, 680cc fuel injectors, Super-AFC II, FMIC & piping, greddy type-s BOV, greddy turbo timer, boost an air fuel guages, brake up grade kit, 4 tokiko struts, H&R springs, front camber kit, 3in tanabe exhaust
I will probably be buying a joe p mbc. Could anyone tell me what would be best to set it at without engine damage and without having to dyno it? Or atleast how to tune it myself??
Also, what hp do you think this car has. The guy im buying it from said right now he is running 12psi.

RE: Optimum boost psi?
No you wont need to dyno tune it.
Well depenting how good your tune is... about 350hp.
Also, i hope your tuning with a real a/f gauge that displays an actual number... not a bunch of f-ing LED's. Those are useless.

You can never run regular fuel in it. EVER EVER EVER. Nothing lower than 92. Only 92 when you have nothing else at hand.
There is a tuning device, the Apexi SAFC II is the tuning device and you tune according to your a/f ratio. How can you know what to adjust if you dont know what your a/f ratio is? Get me? Thats who those stupid LED things are pointless... unless they show exact numbers.
Yea thats what im talking about. All you need is a Walbro 190lph fuel pump and you should be able to boost upto 23psi.
Also, get a picture of these gauges he has.. im curious
Sounds like a nice car

You have to run at least 92... and only 92 when you have to. You should run it on as high octane as possible.
